5. Digital Products
5.1 Purchases
When you purchase a digital product from WarehouseNinja, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use that product for your personal or business purposes only.
5.2 Refunds
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once a purchase is made, except as required by law.

All content and materials included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of WarehouseNinja or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. WarehouseNinja does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarehouseNinja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall WarehouseNinja’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid WarehouseNinja, if any, in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
