At WarehouseNinja, all products available in our shop are digital products delivered electronically. This shipping policy explains how our digital products are delivered after purchase.
1. Digital Delivery
1.1 Instant Download
All products are available for immediate download after successful payment. Once your Stripe checkout is complete, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with download links for your purchased files in CSV and Excel format.
1.2 Email Delivery
A download link is also sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@warehouse.ninja.
2. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical products. All products sold on WarehouseNinja are digital files (CSV and Excel spreadsheets) containing contact list data. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or delivery delays.
3. File Formats
All products are delivered in two formats:
- CSV (Comma-Separated Values) – compatible with Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and most database tools
- Excel (.xlsx) – compatible with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications
4. Accessing Your Files
You can re-download your purchased files at any time by visiting the order link provided in your confirmation email. If you create an account, you can also access your order history from the My Orders page.
5. Technical Requirements
To access your digital products, you will need:
- A device with internet access to download the files
- A spreadsheet application (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or similar) to open the files
- A valid email address to receive download links
